The Hermosa Beach House was built as a hotel in 2015 and has recently been upgraded and converted to a house.  There are 3 floor with each floor having a wrap around balcony.  We have converted a pool side suite into a game room and  added inside and outside common areas.  Our location is truly unbeatable. Relax poolside ocean front and learn what “Pura Vida” really mean.

On the 1st floor is 5 delux and single rooms with there own bathroom, 8 beds are on the 1st floor as well as the game room, yoga studio,  dinning area, full kitchen, grill area, and bar .  The second floor has 4 larger suite rooms with there own bathrooms. There is a total of 9 beds on the 2nd floor. The third floor is the icing on the cake and the best view.  It has 3 master suites with there own bathroom, a full kitchen, living room and dining area.
