Zuri, if you are a fat slob that likes to be pampered by hungry servants in your vacation go to Costa Rica, like a lot of the people here did. But if want excitement, culture, history, architecture, arts and a lot more of a country that is a continent of diversity, there is no doubt, Brazil is the answer. As for the person who saw hookers everywhere he looked, maybe you were at your mother`s street by mistake.By the way, I have never never seen as many escort service agencies and “models catalogs” as in New York and Miami hotels…

If you’re a typical american go to Costa Rica and you’ll enjoy being in another country with the same comforts of the United States. Now, if you’re not a typical american, go to Brazil and enjoy a country like no other in the world in terms of natural beauty and warmth of the people. You will also have to face one of the most dangerous countries in the world so you need to be extremely careful. Uncomfortable? Yes. Brazil is like 100 years behind the US so be prepared. Also, be sure to watch your husband.

You should first visit Costa Rica , then visit Costa Rica again and again.
Like most people, they hear about Costa Rica , then visit then move here part time or full time.
As in previous posts that I have written, there are many things to do here,.
You can visit the cloud forest, the rain forest, go swimming, one of the best surfing areas in the world along with Hawaii and Australia, there are many attractions, the volcanos, the beaches, many romantic hotels, secluded beaches and mountain lodges.
The only problem is finding enough time to do everything.

In my opinion, Brazil is the most BEAUTIFUL country in the world!
My Mum’s brazilian, so I’m probably being biased, but I still think it’s an amazing country.
I’d go there if I were you!
I’m actually flying there tomorrow, cannot wait
(Plus, February is Carnival season, brilliant time to go)

For a romantic getaway CR is the place. Brazil is HUGE, expensive, the beaches are packed in the tourist cities, crime is a major problem, and your airfare will cost you a lot more getting there from the US. And hotels are not that cheap!
Plus in Brazil you WILL NOT be able to swim on a secluded beach, zip line, see a theater production, and have a pampering massage in a spa in one day. You can visit a volcano, surf, sport fish, river rafting and a lot more in just a few hrs drive. Or just go on a romantic nature walk in one of 100s of natural tropical reserves and see monkeys, parrots and colorful butterflies.
Not counting the fact that many of the hotels are reasonable price, have great rooms and the best of the best, the people are AWESOME and many speak good English.
Costa Rica wins hands down in my opinion!

This is a very easy question to answer. COSTA RICA hands down over Brazil. While Brazil is beautiful in its own rights, you will have a much better vacation experience in Costa Rica.
More to see and do, nicer beaches, more secluded getaway opportuities and a lot more great expereinces to be had.

Costa Rica is better for a romantic getaway(amazing people, very kind, and beautiful sunsets and beaches, God!! CR is such an amazing country, lots of things to do with your husband, I LOVE IT,

Well Brazil is a BIG country and they speak portuguese there while Costa Rica is smaller and they speak Spanish there. You choose.
